What Boats are berthed in Lympstone?
All applications for using LF&HA property for boating are considered by the Harbour Board & are constrained by available space.
Current vessel types include Sailing Cruisers and dinghies, motorboats, canoes and paddleboards, tenders to moored vessels and dinghy-sized rowing boats and dayboats.
A limited number of summer-moored vessels can be craned from the brook to the hardstanding and back in April & October. The Rules define the maximum overall length and beam of craned vessels as 28ft & 9ft 6in respectively whilst other considerations may also come into play.
